The headphones have no speaker volume control and are so sensitive that I had to turn the windows volume down to 5% which gave me only a very rough volume control. But the real problem is that the mic stem isn't long enough to position the mic properly. I have to speak out loud, redirect the sound with my hand, and even then I get replies that I'm in and I'm out. It's bad enough that I'm exchanging the product. I think there is a solution. If I put the left earbud on my left cheek and the right earbud behind my ear, the microphone is in the right place. And given the speaker's sensitivity, I can easily turn up the volume enough to hear through my mouth/skull. It's just not comfortable.
