Used on X570 with Nvidia 3000 series card. PCI-E 4.0 works fine. The card installed and the PC booted immediately from the video, even with the BIOS set to Auto-Negotiate PCI-E Gen. The mount is chunky, big, bulky and strong, but because of its width it doesn't look very good in a case with a side glass window , but you don't have to worry about it succumbing to metal fatigue. It's an expensive solution for *mostly* cosmetic purposes, but given the build quality and the fact that it *just works*, I think it's worth it.
