Review on 🏃 Hyperion Tempo Men's Running Shoes by Brooks by Mike Robinson

This is the perfect shoe for running. It combines the best features of other running shoes. I put them on for the first time and went to the "burglary". The shoes were so comfortable and light that I ended up running the 5K PR a full minute ahead of my previous time. My current sneaker history. Bought a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 19s and ran 450 miles. Great shoes. Replaced them with GTS20. Decided to try something new with more cushioning and bought a pair of Hoka OneOne Arahi 4. More comfortable but felt like I was using more energy with each step and this was affecting my speed. Decided to go in the opposite direction and bought a minimalist pair of Merrell Vapor Glove 3 barefoot shoes. The first runs in it hurt! But after about 10 runs totaling 30 miles, my legs started building muscle strength and my form/stride/cadence improved dramatically. But I still felt the ground with every step, which wasn't fun when running 8+ miles. I recently found Hyperion Tempos. This shoe has Brooks' superior running shoe design, the sock-like feel and lightness of a minimalist shoe, and enough cushioning to make every step soft yet highly responsive. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to train and improve their speed!
