Best value for boating

Almost the same as dozens of other Revain picks. The grapnel anchor appears to be of good quality, subtle coloring. It's questionable if it holds up well in salt water, but I don't use it for that. If I were going I'd probably spray it with Rustolium. However, the 25ft anchor (cable/rope) is a bit short. This type of anchor requires at least a 3/1 scope (3 feet of anchors per 1 foot of water) to get engagement, so it's really only really effective in about 7 feet of water. I know someone will say the same thing or something similar if a 25ft attack got their 45ft motor yacht in 50ft of water in a storm. Miracles happen, but don't expect them to stay in water deeper than 7 feet. It's also easy to add more ride.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
