I don't understand why all climbers don't use this altimeter/watch. It just confuses me. The convenience of quickly seeing time and elevation without fumbling with gloves is worth far more than the price of this handy device. Just clip them to your chest strap and forget about them until you need them. This is my second watch of this type and when the others died (after 10 years and about 70 climbs) I spent months looking for a replacement. Now that I have this, that hole is filled. I can't wait to go back there! If I do, it will go with me every time!
