Review on Manitou ATS by Juzer Rashid

I like that it is very user friendly, easy access of everything you need as well with being able to integrate other applications too! The customer service has been great at times but can be slow in responding sometimes which makes me feel left out when dealing with my account or issues related to services provided by them.

If they would have had better communication about what was going wrong I could help solve problems quicker instead waiting days/weeks only to get told nothing's working right now because we're having technical difficulties so please wait until next week etc. We are trying to connect our accounting software (QuickBooks) along side Sage 50 Accounting Software through Quickbooks Connector - This allows us to link together all 3 softwares within one application.
