I am very pleased with what we have achieved using this software so far, it has been easy enough that my employees are able to use independently without any assistance from me or another professional consultant! There is nothing at present in particular which needs improvement but there may be if more time were available within our working week (which isn't much!). The best thing about the system as yet would probably be its ease of access through mobile devices such as tablets/phones etc - no

Great option if your looking for seamless integration

I like that it is very user friendly, easy access of everything you need as well with being able to integrate other applications too! The customer service has been great at times but can be slow in responding sometimes which makes me feel left out when dealing with my account or issues related to services provided by them. If they would have had better communication about what was going wrong I could help solve problems quicker instead waiting days/weeks only to get told nothing's working…

Microsoft 365 is my favorite CRM software out there!

Everything about this software is great! I like how easy it was set up, as well making changes/updates has been very simple too with just 1 click of my mouse or by using our mobile app (where available). The customer service could be better at times; there are days that we call in multiple questions only get one response back from anyone but have yet another phone number waiting so not sure whether they're overwhelmed themselves now? Have used many different CRM systems over time including…
