Our cat Penny is OBSESSED with this toy. Batting her prey out of its "burrow” is her favorite type of play, and this really hits the spot. She will roll around on the floor batting at and grooming it for ten minutes at a time, which, for our easily distracted kitty, is practically all day. I work from home, and keep this next to my desk when I take client calls to keep her from interrupting. The provided batteries lasted a month, running it 2 to 4 times a day.
