Hmmm. good for me
It's okay. You get what you pay for. I am average height. The length of the excercise bands is way too short. The tension would be good if I had enough length to actually recline into a full stretch and then back up. Disappointed. Was going to use this for like a rowing machine alternative. If your very short this might work for you. But if you are 5'4" like me, or taller I would say don't waste your money.

- The resistance may not be consistent throughout the movement
