Product came quickly as expected. I'm one that finds very few things billed as "warm" to actually live up to their claims, but this hat was definitely warm. The first weekend I had it I spent 4+ hours outside in 10 degree cold and wind and my head stayed nice and toasty. I found I had to use the chin strap or else it had a tendency to come off, but I have a smaller head, so not unexpected.It's very comfortable and looks great. Happy I made the purchase and definitely recommended.
