Best for heating, cooling and air quality jobs

Living in the Pacific Northwest where it's wet and rainy most of the time we also struggle with mold. These things look like a huge waste of money but actually do the job as long as they are close to a place where there is air movement such as a building. B. people passing by or opening and closing doors. As a relative newbie here, I've had a lot of mold damage before I caught these things. Now I have one everywhere which I suspect might be a problem. The first one I bought was near the front door where I could smell mold but I couldn't find it. After about a week the smell was gone and hasn't reappeared. I've since placed one in the bedroom and in a suspicious corner of the TV room.
