Disappointed Best in hardware
At first, this door knob was great! However after only 3 months the handle broke and is currently not working properly... the mechanism in the handle that actually turns the handle to release the latch to open the door no longer sticks - it just keeps turning, so this is not possible to open the door. Front door to our houseβ¦. Unfortunately we now have to rely on a deadbolt to keep our door closed. Very disappointed as this pen was exactly what we were looking for :(
