Very happy with it as an ice pack.
I am very happy with this as an ice pack. My knees have been killing me lately and this is the perfect size and shape. It freezes quickly and stays frozen for the time that I need it, I'd say a good 30 minutes. I don't have any need for it warm currently so I haven't and don't plan on using that feature.
