When this gel pack is hot, it’s really good for muscles. My muscles are loosened up but I do prefer it on my bare skin despite it saying to use with a towel. It took about five to ten minutes to feel the effects when using it while it’s hot. I think it’s pretty good sized compared to most gel packs. It can cover a medium size area. This is a very nice, functional cold pack. I play a ton of sports and I'm always getting bumps and bruises and needing cold packs. I am very happy with this as an ice pack. My knees have been killing me lately and this is the perfect size and shape. It freezes quickly and stays frozen for the time that I need it, I'd say a good 30 minutes. I don't have any need for it warm currently so I haven't and don't plan on using that feature.

This gel pack has to be the best I have come across. First of all its quite large and will fully cover your stomach. Is quite easy to warm up or get cold within a couple of minutes. It does a good job of preserving both heat and the cold. Its reusable and doesn’t require any extra maintenance or tools. Simple and helpful!
