Being chronically ill means I've become an avid collector of heating and cooling products. The shape of this gel pack is new to me and I dig it! I tend to keep gel products for cold use to extend their longevity, so this review is based on frozen usage. This gel pack is a good size, making it versatile for many zones. It can fit in shoulder braces with pack holders and even when frozen, the gel allows it to retain malleability.I like the slight feeling of weight/pressure when placed over the vagus zone. This makes it nice for anxiety. The gel is also satisfying to squish around once the pack has been out long enough to not be as cold. Temp retention is good, still being cool enough to provide relief after an hour of use post freezing. This is one of my favorite new cooling tools. Helpful for dysautonomia, sensory grounding, and for some brief relief from pain/inflammation discomfort. I'd recommend this product!
