Great When Hot But Not When Cold

When this gel pack is hot, it’s really good for muscles. My muscles are loosened up but I do prefer it on my bare skin despite it saying to use with a towel. It took about five to ten minutes to feel the effects when using it while it’s hot. I think it’s pretty good sized compared to most gel packs. It can cover a medium size area. Unfortunately when using the gel pack for the cold features, it doesn’t seem to have any effects.I think it’s decent for those that want to loosen muscles but not for aches!

The gel inside the pack is designed to provide a comfortable level of cushioning, making it gentle on sensitive areas of the body

The gel pack may not be environmentally friendly
