Format flash drives to NTFS in blocks of 16-32 KB to achieve the best performance when writing arrays of small files. This significantly adds to the recording speed, but keep in mind that even a 4kb file will be recorded in a 16 or 32kb block. For large flash drives and writing large volumes of small files, it is very useful, despite some flash drive volume sacrifices. The screenshot shows the test results when formatted in 16kb blocks - at the bottom, the write speed exceeds even the read speed. I'll leave it like that.
