Bought these to match the LED DRLs on my Accord as they come with halogen bulbs. They are definitely bright and match the "white" color of the DRL. The installation took only a few minutes, the assembly is good. Can't say how long they will last as I've only had them 6 months but they work fine in -10 weather (no sluggish turn on). These lamps only have 3 MINUS. 1 is it noise yes the fans are loud how loud? Not ridiculously loud as it's just a hum, but clearly audible in the car with the lights on. 2 is the length of the "light bulb", it is about an inch longer than the halogen bulb, and the external fan is also about an inch long. longer, so ground clearance may be an issue for some. The third and most important issue is the field of view, as the light is so bright that the light cover seems to fall off completely after about 20-30 feet from the car. So your field of view is only about 30ft and it gets harder to see after that, this may not be a problem in a well lit area but outside of town or on a completely dark street your line of sight will be limited. Signs and street signs still reflect well after 30 feet, but seeing a deer 40 feet away would make it impossible to see in my opinion.
