Matches my 2019 F-350 Lariat perfectly. For other models (XLT, Platinum) contact Rough Country directly as they have different grilles at the time of writing. It's not a hard install unless you like taking things apart, but it can take a couple of hours. They loosen several fasteners that can easily be reused if handled correctly.
