The bezel that surrounds the body of the phone is made of cheap plastic which broke easily the day I received the phone after trying to take the phone out of the case. The edge is not even connected to the case. If the phone is not in the rim, it can easily fall out of the case. I could live without a rim around the case but now the groove where the rim should be is now open and feels awkward and ugly. This is a bad design flaw that was either overlooked or they just knew about it but didn't think it was cost effective to have a stronger and properly secured rim. I used to buy a shell phone case for my dad but now this is the last product I will ever get from them. Definitely stay away from this phone case and look for another case.
