It does not work. good for me

have a monitor Plugged in but no picture. I could only hear the sound but not the picture. Amzn customer support was great but could not help me resolve the issue and could not find any vendor contact information or any suggestions on how to resolve the issue. There was an email in the user manual so I decided to email them but they only reply after 48 hours. I'll see what they say.
