Love their product direction and customer support

I like that it integrates with Salesforce, which makes onboarding process easier. It also allows for more granular controls over who has access to what within my organization. The dashboard can be a bit overwhelming, but they're working on fixing this. If you need more robust reporting capabilities than just a basic dashboard, you should look elsewhere. It's not as user-friendly as other solutions. They are looking into creating an API that would allow us to create our own dashboards. We're solving the problem of visitor management by allowing employees from different locations to work remotely without having to use VPNs or other software.

  • Strong password policy (cannot reuse)
  • User interface is very easy/intuitive; intuitive enough even someone new at HR tech could figure out how get everything set up quickly.
  • Easily add users when needed in bulk through CSVImport feature eases importing data during annual enrollment period.
  • Can restrict certain permissions
