The stupid lock isn't thick enough for the manual red cap to hook into the lock so I can't lock from the inside and have to use the key from inside the outside. Bluetooth is finally here so I can block it, but you press the Unblock button or Unblock with a code and it makes a continuous loud noise that you have to turn off to stop it. can not unlock?
