Not the quietest fans in this class, but good performers.

I've had quieter fans of this size, but they cool well and are cheap. I haven't had a bad relationship with them and they go well with my 3D printer's cooling system. The cables are very long (probably too long so you'll need to tie them together) so there shouldn't be any issues connecting them.
