This little appliance is a nice addition to the kitchen. Ideal for chopping and chopping herbs without worrying about cutting your finger in the process. I've found it even works well when cut into smaller pieces of lettuce or cabbage. I appreciate the scraper, the comfortable fit in my hand and the ability to take it apart and clean it. The herb stripper is a nice addition, but I didn't find it as effective as another style I've used in the past, but it works. I've found that chopped herbs tend to gather around the blades where they roll into the plastic casing and because the blades are so sharp (which is great!) the herbs are difficult to remove. The deep diameter of the sharp rotating blades also makes them difficult to thoroughly clean when washing, but I ordered a small brush to help with this. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would buy it again.
