I usually cook with lots of basil and rosemary. With basil, it's especially good to cut it up quickly and it's ready. The blades are safely stowed in the device, can be removed for cleaning and your fingers are protected from injury. With supervision, I allowed my kid to chop basil for spaghetti last night! 😁

I like to cook, but I don't like peeling and chopping herbs. I saw this and thought I would give it a try and now I regret not having purchased this item many years ago. I used it to chop cilantro today. It easily separates the leaves from the stems and everything was cut beautifully in minutes! The blades are very easy to clean and close well so they stay safe in the drawer. I really recommend this product!

Just what you need for chopping and peeling fresh herbs and herbs. Easy to use and clean. Excellent protective tab that allows you to remove the blades. Super easy to clean. Much better quality than others I have used and broken. The plastic could have been a little thicker to last longer, but at this price point, it doesn't get any better than that, that's my only quasi-complaint. Still considered one of the best I have found having previously bought and broken 2 other brands.

One of my biggest problems is chopping parsley in bulk. I use parsley for almost everything and have tried many gadgets and it takes more time than it's worth. Not this one. This goes great with parsley and ground beef. It takes more than one pass but you can sand a lot at once and I would say keep going in different directions across the top of the cutting board and it will sand everything. Happy customer is here.
