Filter or plug, but not both
If you're just looking for a plug, it's simple and it works. basic and working. If you need both a strainer and a stopper, this solution won't work for you. The cork doesn't fit the strainer, it's just too big (or the strainer is too small). The plug is designed to fit a standard drain size and the strainer is designed to fit a standard drain size, meaning the plug is too big to fit the strainer properly. Ultimately I bought this just for the cork, and the cork itself works as it should in the sink.
