As expected, my kennel has long overcome the usual fear of foreign bodies. She poked her head into the lower chamber a few times, emptied it, and gave up. She made progress, learned to pull the boards to make more (nutritious berry crumbs) fall down. I don't think she really learned to pull the boards one way or the other. She just shakes it, shakes everything! The return window was long closed so I could take it apart, try to make it difficult for her to empty. Maybe thicken the boards so they don't slide in and out as easily, or make the partitions between chambers taller. Even if you're just stuffing a toy, if the board's holes are plugged on one side, you'll always end up with treats falling all the way to the bottom. The review sounds a lot more negative than I intended, I appreciate the fact that it took NO damage, not being gnawed like other cheaper toys. I have a tiny 70g parakeet but it can destroy cheap imported toys.
