This helped me with my soccer volleys. i am 9 years old My 11 year old brother and I were able to train with him well once we got the hang of it. I volleyed him. He used a reflector to send me a salvo. We went back and forth. Sometimes I have the ball on my chest, and sometimes on my feet, hips, or head. I started juggling. The rebounder is easy to hold and we can both use it. It works! The network is strong. We're going to get a lot from this rebounder. No excuse not to work on my football volleys now!
