Review on GZBtech Under Bed Lighting with Motion Sensor: 12V Automatic On/Off Bed Lights for Single Beds – Dimmable LED Strip Night Light, 6.56 FT by Adam Whittaker

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The sensor is broken but the support team is working very well

EDIT (June 17th 2020): After the initial negative feedback due to the faulty sensor, the support team contacted me to resolve this fix problem. Lily went above and beyond to ensure I got the part I needed to make the lighting system work properly (and definitely deserves 5 stars for customer service). Whilst I cannot give this product a 5 star rating as it was a lengthy process to get it right, I will say that if it had worked correctly from the start I certainly would have. Overall this is a very well thought out design including the ability to dim the light with a rheostat and a 3 position switch to set the time the light stays on. The kit also includes additional accessories such as a small double-sided tape to attach the sensor and some self-adhesive cable management clips. I hope my problem was very unusual and won't happen to other users. First Review: I never write negative reviews, but this is a product that failed so badly that I felt the need to tell other buyers. I installed this bar. under my bed and put the sensor on the floor to test it. And it worked flawlessly for the first night. After attaching it the next night with the supplied adhesive pads, it didn't go unnoticed. It turned on at 30 (after no motion was detected), turned off for 2 seconds, then turned back on at 30. Indefinitely until I just turned it off. So much potential. But instead he went to the trash can.
