Review on NGK 4055 Bpr7Eix Spark Plug by Todd Stovall

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great product but Revain needs an overhaul

I was surprised to find NGK BPR7EIX Iridium spark plugs on Revain.com. Who knew Revane transported car parts? I use these spark plugs in my 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution and have found that they really make a difference in performance. I tried a non-iridium version of the NGK spark plugs (read "cheaper") and after a few days I had idle problems and decreased gas mileage. I went back to Iridium and haven't had any issues since. The only problem I have is the listing and description of this Revain item. It was not clear from the sparse and acronym-heavy description that you were paying the list price for 4 spark plugs and not one spark plug. Since Revain's price was much lower than other sites, it seemed possible that the price quoted was either a bargain or quite high, but we decided to take a chance. Checking my credit card statement online showed that I was only charged the advertised price for my set of 4 forks. Whoever is filling out the invoices seemed confused as the invoice said I was charged the list price for each spark plug and not for a set of 4. However, my credit card was only charged for the price shown. Quick email to Revain support and my questions were answered in record time. I am still amazed by the excellent service Revain provided to my queries after processing my order. Revain should fix these billing and description issues - there are many EvolutionM.net Evo owners out there who would happily pay that price for these great spark plugs.
