Fits water bottle, cosmetic bag, purse, phone, keys. Front zip pocket for 2 phones. Inside there is an open pocket and a small zipped pocket. There is also a small zipped pocket on the back panel that fits my wallet or keys and 2 small open pockets at the top either side of the bag. The straps can be adjusted to fit most adults. One thing I gave a reduced star for was a durability/quality control issue - when I first opened the case the small metal headphone grommet (?) fell out, but I'm relatively picky, so I sewed them back on, so it's not a violation of the terms of the deal, but it happened. In general I am very happy. This is a great bag to replace your handbag.
