I've been a long-time All Clad stainless steel user, but the pan I have can be a real pain to clean up and things do tend to stick to it. So I've been in the market for a non-stick option for a while now. When I saw Ninja had this available, I decided to go for it based on my positive experience with my Ninja prep and blender kit.This is a pretty heavy pan, which I consider to be a good thing. You want a fair amount of material in the bottom to better distribute the heat and this one feels extremely well built. After cooking some food in it, cleanup was a breeze and the bottom washed super clean with almost no scrubbing effort, a vast improvement over my stainless steel bottomed All-Clad (which I still love to cook with).I appreciate some of the small details, such as the two little lips/spouts for draining or pouring straight from the pan. The lid also has a very convenient holder for the included spatula, so I don't have to wonder where I should set the spatula when things are cooking. The included steamer insert is handy for cooking vegetables, adding to the versatility of this set. I'm extremely happy with how everything functions and the build quality is excellent. Backed by Ninja's 10-year warranty, I have no worries about this lasting a long, long time.
