Tough work environment most days and stressfull

I have worked for contactrelifefor about 5 years now in my current role, as an Admin Assistant handling all customer enquiries by phone or email.

The best thing is that you get used to it after some time. Sometimes there are so many people talking at once i dont know who is giving me information what they want instead of telling them they can speak with someone else if thats not possible immediately? There are times when customers will call up saying "Hi" but no one answers! This gives us trouble because we cant find out their problem unless its solved later.

  • Easy management via software program where multiple employees work within system simultaneously sharing files while still having individual settings suchas notifications etc.etc..on top which makes communication simple among colleagues without disturbing each other much due too lackof technology back than
