Don't expect a quiet cabin
I haven't used it long enough to notice significant improvements, but the main thing I've noticed is the increased cabin noise. You can hear air whistling through the filter and you can hear the turbine spinning like it's in your glove box. You'll definitely hear more engine growl than a 2.8-liter Duramax can. Of course I can't drive and hear from the outside if it sounds good or not, but in terms of off-road performance I've found them to be a bit better and I'll give them more break-in time as well.
