I like that it allows me to schedule outbound calls from my email account without having to go through another application/programming language than what we already have in place (Outlook). It also has easy access for agents who are not tech savvy at all! No need for them to learn new programming languages when they want an agent changeover because this handles everything automatically as well. The only thing is sometimes you don't get notifications if someone answers one call but doesn’t hang up right away so there's always room for improvement here! We've been able to improve customer service by being more efficient since implementing qwikdial into Outlook.
