These lights are great for videos. I use them for the green screen lighting I use for video conferencing and webinars. The lights are very bright on the highest level and can be dimmed as needed. The included power adapters provide the constant power you need for uninterrupted video recording/streaming. I didn't have to use the included stands, but the lights are threaded to accept any standard tripod. I use Manfrotto Mini PIXI tripods which are perfect for my needs. The remote control is intuitive and works very well. Color temperature and brightness are easily adjustable. The processing quality is very good and, for two lamps plus stand, excellent value for money. I have tried (and returned) other lamps. It's a keeper!
