Fix the way you ship your hat
$60 for a hat and this is how it shows up? It’s permanently damaged. Can get the lines out of it and it’s all crinkled up on the hate even when I try and pop everything out.Giving it a 3 star. The hat looks good and is comfortable! But shopping a $60 hat like that is ridiculous.
