Good seller. This product is not permanent. I installed a Pioneer AVH2500 HU on my 2016 Silverado 1500, replacing the original 7" HU. It was really easy to install, most of the wiring for the radio was plug and play, but the functionality isn't great. The GU turns on in standby mode with no camera signal and no ability to get to the main screen (GU buttons are bypassed). The camera turns on when reversing, but the guides don't move with the steering wheel and there's no more approach sound. The radio is fully functional after driving and the camera turns off. For now, the only way to restart the camera is to turn it on or off manually in the HU display selector. When switching to reverse gear, the rear view camera is no longer switched automatically. It's really frustrating to do three-point turns.
