Works great! I have a 2015 Silverado with a 4" screen. Replaced the original radio with an aftermarket pioneer and after installing this cable I was able to regain the backup camera function.

Good seller. This product is not permanent. I installed a Pioneer AVH2500 HU on my 2016 Silverado 1500, replacing the original 7" HU. It was really easy to install, most of the wiring for the radio was plug and play, but the functionality isn't great. The GU turns on in standby mode with no camera signal and no ability to get to the main screen (GU buttons are bypassed). I had a factory WT radio and upgraded to an Android Auto radio. I did a little digging, but I finally found a post showing that the camera + is connected to the X1 connector on pin 5 and the camera - is connected to pin 4. I used Metra LC-GMRC-LAN-09 AXXESS GMRC-LAN Interface GM Connect most radio functions. Remove the pins from the wire harness on this part (backup cam wire harness) and insert them into the new connector that goes into the X1 wire harness from the radio. Note that pins 4 and 5
