I'll start this review by saying that I'm a drug/alcohol addict in recovery so I'm very careful about what I say supply body. these days. I did a lot of research before picking them up and I love them. I really feel the difference after taking them. I wanted to stop taking prescription anxiety meds because I hate drug companies and I'm so glad I stumbled upon them. It may be a coincidence, but the first night I took them off my dreams were very strange. So now I take them in the afternoon and they are great. I'm really comfortable, not on the edge of the seat or anything. I've been using it almost daily for a month and so far I'm very happy with it. I will buy them again. I will update my review if anything changes!
