The smells were pleasant and the packaging was well put together. He arrived on time. Could be a better product if used in an office or small apartment. No pets and no home. Since I have two large dogs, I use wax burners. Even when puppies are bathed, a slight smell of dogs can linger in the home. But they just don't help at all. odor too weak. I really think it would be nice for a small apartment or office. They are soft and not overloaded. In a house with dogs I need something stronger. (Yeah I clean a lot lol) Guess I really gotta have people and buy them at Walmart. -_-
