Review on 🛠️ DEWALT DW4900 5/8-11-Inch Grinder Arbor Adapter: Perfect Fit for M10-Inch by 1.25 Spindles by Jarod Berthelson

I see two problems with this product: The center thread is not concentric with the male thread at .023". In my opinion you cannot safely use this adapter when grinding with the edge of a disc (e.g. when cutting). Excessive vibration occurs when grinding with the front of the wheel. The external threads are not perpendicular to the internal threads, resulting in a 0.012" misalignment between the opposing sides of the Dewalt DW4772T 4" Diamond Cup. As a result, grinding with the front of the wheel causes unacceptable wear on one side. How terrible? After 5 minutes of grinding concrete with a Dewalt DW4772T diamond grinder there was still paint on half of the surface - see photo (there was even wear when used with a 5/8" arbor grinder). Instead of buying this product I recommend that Purchase a 5/8" arbor sander ($30-$40).
