Fully functional. I like it a lot more than a regular broom, mostly because you don't have to keep stopping to sweep dust and hairballs off it. You may still have to do this, but it just rubs off. I'm not sure how well this will work on uneven floors (like grouted tiles). I think something might be stuck in the crevices and crevices of the grout, but I could be wrong. I haven't tried liquids yet. It's faster than a regular broom. The length of its handle corresponds to the length of an ordinary broom. I'm not sure if they explained clearly or if I didn't read carefully, but FYI you don't get 2 separate brooms. You will receive a broomstick and two heads.
