Item is defective - I had to pay for a return
HP ScanJet Pro 3000 s4 has not connected to the computer. I spent about 4 hours with two HP support reps. They passed and did great. I tried different cables, different ports, and different computers, but the scanner failed to connect to the computer. I believe that due to the defect in the scanner, Revain will have to pay for the return of the product. Not this company.
