If you have a 2000 Subaru Impreza, do not purchase a remanufactured imported Cardone 47-4103 window regulator motor. The Cardone I bought and had to return was completely upside down. What the original engine had on the left, the Cardone had on the right. This means that when Cardone is installed, the motor is at the top of the regulator, not the bottom, which can interfere with the movement of the glass. Also, instead of three screws, you can use just two to attach the motor to the ESC. I ordered a Dorman 742-803 power window motor and it fit like a glove. Correct alignment and all three screws can be attached. Delivery only took three days! Very satisfied with the product.
