Edit: I'm editing this bad review because I think the customer service issue with this company has been resolved. Although I would say you get what you pay for. Since it's a cheap meat grinder you can't start a butcher shop, but if you handle it carefully it should be fine for small jobs. In terms of customer service, they got back to me long after the refund, which seems like new customer service is trying to do right after the fact. I tried to make sausage for the Super Bowl on Sunday. After the return window, it turned out that Revain wants nothing to do with you and hides all the product support buttons, so I had to contact the manufacturer directly. There is no place on their website to make warranty claims leaving you stuck with email communications. The support team asked me to create a video of a non-working product so that a technician can review it. I made a video but it's too big to email so I sent another email to their support and asked if they would like to have posted a video on YouTube that says that it doesn't work. If they want me to spend more meat on a video just to show the snail stops moving, I'll make a YouTube video with the name of the product and my full story. The product was probably as good as you would expect from cheap meat. Meat grinder, but the amount of footwork I get is unbearable.
