I found it I put it on the same direction as the photos my cat can wrestle it off his head. It i put it upside down with the stretchy part on top he can’t usually remove it. It’s hard to find a balance between tight enough to stay on and also making sure it’s still breathable/see through for my cat. He can stick his whole snout through the hole but can’t open it. I got the large for my 14 pound cat.
