Review on 📱 OtterBox COMMUTER SERIES Case for iPhone SE (2nd Gen - 2020) & iPhone 8/7 (NOT PLUS) – BLACK with PopSockets PopGrip – DOVE WHITE MARBLE by Shawn Sims

I've been buying Otterbox Commuter Series fp boxes for my iPhones since 2012 and have been happy with them all along. But the commuter box I bought for my new 2020 iPhone is a disaster. I've only had the box for about 45 days and it's already torn in 2 places: on the front of the case in the lower left corner and on the back in the upper left corner (near the camera hole). I'm talking about the hard shell. If you've had an Otterbox Commuter case before, you know that the places I've mentioned are the most delicate. And I can understand that the case cracked, I dropped it, but I didn't. So I was wondering if this particular case had been stored too long and the plastic had become brittle. (Note: This case was designed for the iPhone 7 and 8, not specifically for the iPhone SE 2020. Since all 3 iPhones are roughly the same size, this commuter case has been "repurposed" for the iPhone 2020.) I will Check it out with Otterbox in the meantime. and using a lifetime warranty, I'm afraid I might have the same issues with a replacement (not to mention the shipping cost of the replacement). I can no longer return it to Revain as the returns window has closed, but the experience has made me reconsider my commitment (and recommendation) to Otterbox.
