This product does not match the description at all. Doesn't fit the phone as advertised, fits and they also sent me a color that wasn't even an option. Beyond Trouble

excellent, only the popsocket falls apart further // the second body broke

the popsocket falls apart further. popsupport replaces it with no problem. The Otterbox part is great and the Otterbox and Popsocket support is great. Update 7/2021: A second identical Otterbox case bought in 3/2021 for another iPhone just cracked. I'm surprised and disappointed that Otterbox is charging me a $7.45 (inc.tax) shipping and handling fee for a replacement. First Otterbox cracked in just 45 days

I've been buying Otterbox Commuter Series fp boxes for my iPhones since 2012 and have been happy with them all along. But the commuter box I bought for my new 2020 iPhone is a disaster. I've only had the box for about 45 days and it's already torn in 2 places: on the front of the case in the lower left corner and on the back in the upper left corner (near the camera hole).
